WARMUP: everything in Cardinals Winky Sheet. I did however, add a few more exercises. You know I like me a thorough Warm-arama!! And of course, finished with the exercise you know, you love, you can’t live without….Finkle Swings!!!!!
THE THANG: Did Cardinals Q Thang. Complete with tithe dreaded Rinse and repeat, which is very unpopular at sawmill (or is it just me?). Since we had extra 15 minutes, we added some grip exercises and some shoulder bombers. Followed by Cardinals Sampsons. Doing them after blasting the shoulders is VERY effective. Thanks Cardinal!
