THE THANG: mosey to ball field. Start each evolution with a burpee at home plate. Adding one burpee every subsequent round. We got in :seven: Approx three infield and four outfield. Infield had three stops at 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Outfield had four between right field and left field. Mixing in different types of merkins, abs, and legs at each stop. Numbers were 14 or 42-56 in honor of Charlie Hustle (yes there was some baseball trivia).
