THE THANG:
-Run to Doko Park
-Starting at light pole, do 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 jump squats, 20 BBSUs, bear crawl to next light pole, rinse and repeat x3. Change exercises and keep moving from one light pole to the next.
-Four corners in field; mosey from one corner to the next/do exercises at each corner.
-Run back to AO field, lunge walk/mosey to block pile
-Grab coupon and circle up; do curls 10+, rotate around circle doing curls at each block.
