THE THANG: “Do” your ABCs!!
-Poster sheet listing every letter of the alphabet-with each letter, there is a corresponding exercise and # of reps (A-7 Burpees, B-10 WAMs, etc.)
-In parking lot, each Pax picks any two letters-executes the exercise and rep # for one letter on one side of parking lot
-MOTs to other side of parking lot
-Does the second letter exercise and reps
-MOTs back to starting point
-Rinse and repeat with two different letters until all letters are executed
