It was good to post at Sandlot with good friends while in Cola Town for a Thursday morning meeting.

THE THANG:
After the warm-up, we moseyed up to the tennis court parking lot and set the stage for choice ( a 30-yard option or a 40-yard option)
At the sound of the GO, each PAX had 30 seconds to run to the end of their choice and get back to the start line before the next round of 30 seconds began. This went on for 5 minutes and a total of 10 sprint sets. Some did 30 yards. Some did 40 yards. Some did a mixture of each. A lot of breathing was done.
Then we Boneyard Moseyed down the hill and then Regular Moseyed to the Block Pile. Each Pax selected a coupon and moved over to the sidewalk.
First set with the coupons = 11’s with lying down tricep extensions as one exercise and diamond merkins as the other.
Second set with the coupons = 23’s to welcome in 2023 (similar to 11’s but we started with 20 and 3 and worked from there) with goblet squats as one exercise and curls for girls for the other.
We didn’t complete the cycle before time was called but good work was done!

COT: Time of reflection – It ALL belongs to God. The good and the bad. They all have meaning and value and purpose. A few shared what this meant personally. Grateful for this group. It’s always good to see old friends.
