Warm up: SSH IC, leg stretching hold for 15 secs, through the tunnel IC, little baby arm circles forward and then reverse and raise the roof IC, then mosey to end of parking and back.

The thang:
Mosey to tennis court light then 10 merkins and 20 LBC, then mosey to next street light 2 burpee 10 merkins and 20 LBC, rinse and repeat till loop. Let other pax join the fun let everyone call an exercise while pax who called stay and do exercise and rest of group ran loop then switch and pax ran while groups did exercise. Rinse repeat for everyone to call one. Air chair, 6 inches, iron cross, Carolina Dry docks. The continued rinse and repeat at light till back to flag. Then had some time left wall sits and mixed in one more round of merkins, burpees, LBCs.
