THE THANG: mosey to picnic tables for a round for 4x4s (burpee into 4 merkins, 4 mountain climbers each leg x 4) and 10 box jumps,dips, Bulgarian split squats

Start at end of field and use imagination for 1st and 10 (start at “10 yard line” with 10 merkins/1 burpee, sprint to “end zone”, jog back to “20 yard line” for 9 merkins/2 burpees etc until finished) #crowdpleaser

30 flutter kicks, 10 heel tap crunches to recover

Mosey to tennis court for modified DORA-cides. One PAX runs while other PAX work towards 50 merkins, 100 squats, 150 LBCs
