Variable Cusack the Med Ball to Flora Drive

10 Diamond Merkins on the Ball

10 Merkins w/ right hand on ball, 10 Merkins w/ left x2

Cusack to the base of the Flora hill leading to Forest

Hill Circuit

25 Med Ball Squats, Run Hill and back

25 Med Ball Crunches, Run Hill and back

14 Overhead Med Ball Lunges, Run Hill and back

Cusack to Battle Loop

Lateral Wall Ball Slams, 10 Right, 10 Left x2

Run Half Loop

10 vertical wall balls x2

Med Ball Chest Pass to landmark about 40yds

Med Ball Chest Pass up all ramps and stairs to Patio
