Y-Raises w/block. (Take block curl then overhead press to the left and another overhead press to the right)

Thrusters X10 IC

Hydraulics X10 IC

Arm Circles X20 IC

Nolan Ryan X10 IC

Knerkin X10 IC

Slo-Mo Squat X10 IC

Grave Diggers X5 each side OYO

Imperial Walker X15 IC

V-up X10 OYO

Iron Cross X10 OYO

Nuclear Lunge X10 OYO (Hold Block overhead while doing lunge)

Finished up the workout with Field of Dreams (modified it a bit to try and stay dry)

5 Burpees, 5 Squats, 5 Arm Circles then Lunge for 10 yards and repeat the Burpees, Squats and Arm Circles. Continue doing this for 3 mins. Timer will go off and you will have a 1 min break. Then repeat for another 3 mins with a 1 min break. Did 3 rounds of this.
