Block 2:
10 Hand Release Merkins; 10 BBSUs; 10 Squats; 10 2-Count High Knees; Run 1 Lap around the parking lot; Repeat for a total of 4 rounds; after 4 rounds hold a 1 min wall sit. (4 rounds of 10 exercises = 40 + 1 minute wall sit = 41)
Block 3:
10 Carolina Dry Docks; 10 4-Count Flutter Kicks; 10 Bonnie Blairs; 10 2-Count Mountain Climbers (it was 4-count but it was just too much counting); Run 1 Lap around the parking lot; Repeat for a total of 4 rounds; after 4 rounds hold a 1 min low-plank.
