Cold Mornings and Mumble Chatter at Shawshank

One thing you can count on is mumble chatter at Shawshank.  YHC is guilty of it too, so it stands to reason that when the PAX get the chance, they are going to let him have it.  YHC wouldn’t have it any other way.  Thanks for the accountability and brotherhood, men!

At end zone:

-Lunge to mid-field adjacent to middle light pole

-Coon Dog Merkins (Carolina dry docks) x 25

-CDD rest of the way to sidewalk

Mosey to first field up top:

-Line up on sideline & sprint to midfield adjacent to middle light pole

-Bonnie Blair’s x 25 two count

-Run to opposite end zone from where we started

-BB x 25(6) one count

Mosey to adjacent field:

Rinse and repeat on 2nd field but replace BB with Flutter kicks

Mosey to adjacent field:

Rinse and repeat on 3rd field but replace FK with 10 Burpees

Mosey to pull up station:

Group 1: Pull ups x 5
