Cold Mornings and Mumble Chatter at Shawshank

At end zone:

-Lunge to mid-field adjacent to middle light pole

-Coon Dog Merkins (Carolina dry docks) x 25

-CDD rest of the way to sidewalk

-Line up on sideline & sprint to midfield adjacent to middle light pole

-Run to opposite end zone from where we started

-BB x 25(6) one count

Mosey to adjacent field:

Rinse and repeat on 2nd field but replace BB with Flutter kicks

Mosey to adjacent field:

Rinse and repeat on 3rd field but replace FK with 10 Burpees
