YHC offered to take the Q late yesterday after realizing the Q sheet was empty. Then…I almost slept in (Nub’s sister wouldn’t let go) so no time to put in my contacts which means it was hard to see the skunk this morning!!! It was awesome to have a larger crowd (12) post this morning and an FNG!!! Keep up the good work men. Even though my Q’s are boring it’s better than the fart sack.

Mosey around track, grab a block and head to the field
Lineup at goal line with block.
- Start with 10 thrusters, 20 BBSU, 30 curls
- Run to 10 yard line, do 10 burpees
- Run to 20 yard line, do 20 burpees
- Run to 30 yard line, do 30 burpees
- Run back to the start/pickup the six
- Next round (goal line to goal line):
- Murder Bunny to 10 yard line, do 10 squats
- Block carry to 20 yard line, do 10 squats
- Murder Bunny to 30 yard line, do 10 squats
- Block carry to 40 yard line, do 10 squats
- Continue until complete 100 yards
Leave block, mosey to bottom of hill next to the track
- BBSU x 10 at bottom of hill, run backwards up hill, Merkins x 10.
- Rinse/repeat once
Mosey back to blocks on the field
- Block carry 100 yards with 10 block curls at each 10 yard line.
Return blocks and mosey to ticket booth
- Run back to the missing flag and complete 1 burpee at first lightpole, 2 at second, 3 at third.
