Albert Einstein said that the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well, we did the same thing over and over today and while it may have been insane, YHC felt that he at least got better. Hopefully the other PAX did too. It’s always great to be at Surge. These guys have something like 12 PAX running stride lite, which is more than most AO’s have at BC. The cars just kept piling in this morning. It was amazing to see. We also had a FNG this morning, Chad Neal, from Augusta that now lives in YHC’s neighborhood. Mulligan brought him out and he did a great job this morning.
Here’s how it went today:
Conditions: High 60’s, muggy

Mosey to front of school
20 to 10’s AMRAP:
- Start with 20 Merkins, 20 squats, 20 big boy sit-ups, 5 burpees
- Mosey the straightaway in front of school, stop at light pole just before curve, do 19 of each of the same exercises, 3 burpees, then run back to starting point
- Rinse and repeat for AMRAP taking one rep away each time you run straightaway, always do 3 burpees, until we reach 10 reps
- We had to split up into 3 groups, nice to see the increase in numbers here
