MARY:
Today we celebrate Bray and his 8-1/2 years fighting cancer. We celebrated being cancer free, what F3 means to him, our family, and the relationships we have built over the last 7 years. We focus on work outs, but, the friendships and bonding sometimes outweigh them. Calls were made, texts were sent, all in trying to get head locks. The men delivered. Several pax came out who have been gone for a while, they were greeted with open arms and laughters were shared. The work out simple, effective, and the bond was ultimate.

F3 found us in 2016- I (BlueRhino) found a F3 home in 2017. Relationships continue to build and those simple phone calls, texts or greetings can bring men back home.

DEVO: (Stitches)
“Today I get to celebrate being cancer free. Wow, what a blessing. So many of you have been on this journey with me these last 8 1/2 years and for that I’m thankful. You have prayed for me in my darkest times and you have lifted my family and I up in so many ways through my years of treatment and recovery.

While my journey hasn’t been easy and I’ve had times where I felt like giving up I’ve thought about this verse in
Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” this taught me that I didn’t have to fight my battle alone because god was always there and giving me the strength to push through.

No matter the challenges we are faced with trusting in the plan god has gives us the ultimate strength to face anything comes our way. “
