THE THANG: The workout was broken up into three 15 minute segments. 1st segment was run a warmup lap then alternate 200m and 400m runs with a half lap jog in between. 2nd segment was an Indian run with two 3-man teams. Keep running around track for 15 minutes. It’s not easy to do a 15 minute IR. Segment 3 was run hard on the straightaways and jog the curves.
