Mosey to the blocks, mosey to tires. Mosey around the field looking for the tires. Mosey back to the blocks blaming cheers for hiding the tires.

Separate in teams of 4

While carry their block across the field and back 2 pax complete the following as a team

100 Star jumps, 200 Block Lunges, 300 block squats

While 2 pax carry the blocks across the field and back

100 Lunge Thrusts, 200 monkey humpers, 300 Sumo Squats

Return Blocks and mosey back to the shelter

1 Corinthians 9:22-17

In these verses Paul talked about how he modified his behavior not for his glory but for God’s glory, and to draw people to Christ. we often start the New Year with resolutions to better ourselves. Paul found that he was more effective when he disciplined his body to do the things he wanted to do more. He ran to win. In the same manner we, as already disciplined men, can push ourselves to simply do the things we should be doing more. This wont leave enough time for the things that don’t benefit us.
