ANCHOR DOWN…LADDER UP!!!

6 pax sailed into Anchor for a workout with the bell.  No one accepted the invite, via Twitter, from YHC to double down and run the dam before we Anchored Down.  Then again, they didn’t ask to “Ladder Up” either! Mumblechatter was low, but spirits were high.  YHC hopes every pax left feeling as if they got their money’s worth (especially since it was free).

  1. Treadmill, this mornings anchor down KB workout was both fun and insane. Just a blast. I am KB hooked. And tclaps to Quest for letting me know of the weekly Wednesday workout and inviting me to come and try it.
