WARMUP: SSH, Windmills, Slow-fast merkins and Squats all in cadence.
THE THANG: Mosey to Point Hope stopping several times for OYO 5 merkins, 10 squats, 15 Chaser LBCs. At Point Hope for 11s. Run up Point Hope for merkins starting at 10 then back down to stop sign for 3 burpees then up to Somerton for 1 BBS. Work down from 10 and up from 1. Must do 3 burpees at Point Hope stop sign every time. At 5 reps we circled up at Somerton them moseyed back to COT. Each PAX contemplated their personal life purpose and shared it as we stopped several times.
