WARMUP: Lap around lot then a few exercises.

THE THANG: pick up bricks and circle up.
Q instructed PAX that they could not use fingers to grasp bricks.

All exercises ICC
Round 1
Curls x 15
Shoulder press x 10
Triceps extension x 10
Get a lap while holding bricks.

Round 2
Squats x 10
Lunges x 10 each leg
Calf Raises x 20
Get a lap while holdings bricks.

Rinse and repeat for multiple rounds incorporated in ab work as well. Finished off with wall sits with bricks.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Multiple prayer requests. HDHH. “Great group of guys.” McLovin with the IPC Friday. There will be Chocolate milk for the finishers.
