LBAC then mosey to Citadel Park for Side lunge down, forward lunge back.
Open gate down, close gate back.
Butt kicks down, High knees back.

THE THANG:

Divide into 2 teams and compete to finish cycle 1st.

1st evolution:
Pax #1 Burpees x 20 then run lap
Pax #2 and 3 do Merkins and
Squats then SSH while lap is run.
Rotate until each pax has completed each exercise. Winning team must climb ladder and go down slides to claim victory.

2nd evolution:

Pax #1 Burpees x 10 then run lap.
Pax #2 and 3 do Carolina Dry Docks and Lunges then SSH while lap is run.
Rotate until each pax has completed each exercise. Winning team must climb ladder and go down slides to claim victory.
