THE THANG: mosey down Clemson to Converse hill, 3 hill down and backs with 5 burpees at the top and bottom, then 20 merkins for the next round, then 20 squats for the 3rd round
Mosey to Citadel Park with long lunge walk at the end before entering the park
5 round circuit of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 15 iron cross
4 rounds of 1 PAX running short side loop around park while other 4 PAX do AMRAP LBCs, Russian twists, big boys, squats, calf raises
Lunge walk at exit of park again
Mosey back to COTs with stops for various exercises
Ring of fire with 10 merkins per PAX
