– Ladder with 10-1 merkins with running between the 1st 2 light poles
– lunge walk about 50 yards to fire hydrant
– 100 LBCs
Mosey back to start of side road
– burpee broad jump to 2nd light pole #crowdpleaser
– same lunge walk
– 100 LBCs
Mosey to back cafeteria tables
– 10 dips, 10 decline merkins, 10 box jumps x 3
– 100 LBCs
Mosey to back corner near baseball field
– Slumdog Squats – like hustler merkins but with squats and calf raises 1-10 and 4-40, lots of good focus here from the PAX!

Mosey to front of school
– 10 merkins, 20 flutters, 10 wide arm merkins, 20 flutters, 10 hand release merkins, 20 flutters
