WARMUP: Lumen took a turn warming us up! Pretty standard stuff!
THE THANG: OBC got us started with some field work, then brick work, then finished with the ever popular Man Makers! YHC then did some ab and calf work and finished by checking the gate! Grand Canyon in his first lead at Score surprised us with Sumo Squats to the first light and back! Real crowd pleaser! Then Lumen with his last five minutes had us do more squats after just finishing a bunch of Sumo Squats, perhaps a slight fail on situational awareness, but we survived! Finished at the circle with a ring of fire!
