WARMUP: Standing warm up as the ground was very wet!
THE THANG: Grabbed bricks and headed to the big island where we completed several rounds of arms, leg and abdominal exercises with a half lap in between. Love Bug of course brought in some burpees, which was a crowd pleaser! It was great to have Love Bug back and I heard him say he needs this more, especially since his clothes have apparently shrunk. We have permission to harass him to keep coming to F3, but only after he gets back from Spring Break!

COT:Love Bug has a family friend, his age, who had a massive stroke. A hard reminder of how important it is take care of ourselves, not only for ourselves, but for our loved ones!
