WARMUP: Lots of shoulder stuff, a sign of things to come!
THE THANG: Grabbed bricks and were not allowed to put them down for most of the workout! Cusacked to the island track and then performed sets of arm, legs and abdominal exercises with a lap around the big island in between while Cusacking! Did six sets and six laps. Shoulders were crying by the end, but Silent Bob stayed true to his word and didn’t make us run, other than a jailbreak at the end. In the absence of Ray Charles to defend his title, Silent Bob is the new jailbreak champion at Score.
