WARMUP: My classic warm-arama. Lots of main muscle groups. Including the Finkel Muscles.
THE THANG: All those jump ropes wasting away. Put them to use. Stopped at every mailbox on pax right side did exercises (5 to 10 reps) followed by 25 or 50 jump ropes. Provided for lots of mumble chatter.
MARY: SMOM. Finished last 2 minutes of workout with Al Gore. Some tried to finish early. NOT ON MY WATCH!!!
