WARMUP: Basic stretches
THE THANG: Each pax grab a coupon and back to AO.
-Each pax takes a turn choosing a :tennis: from the bucket; each :tennis: has reps/exercise written on it
-Do the exercise/reps and mosey a lap around parking lot
-Each pax does reps/exercise with coupon; take a lap as stated above.
-Reps went as high as 50 down to 20
-Exercises included: Mtn Climbers, Burpees, WAMs, Squats, Jump Squats, Rosalitas, Flutters, Carolina Drydocks, Curls for Girls, Overhead Press, Bent-over Rows, Chest Press, etc.
-End with Mary
COT: Prayed for Charlie and a little baby who was healed of serious ailment.
