WARMUP: Disclaimer, 20x SSH, 10x ea. IWs, LBACs, copperhead squats, hillbillies, mosey.
THE THANG: (1) post 4 corners of rec center, tennis courts, and parking lot for total of 10 stops, 25 merkins each (24 on last stop) for 249 merkins, making way to ball fields. (2) As a team, move 3 coupons across two lengths of sand, representing three lead US Divisions (1st, 4th, 29th) landing and assaulting across Utah and Omaha beach. (3) while rotating through a 100′ rope pull (with coupon on other end), twice, representing the two Army Ranger battalions that scaled grappling ropes and ladders, the 100 foot cliffs of Point Du Hoc, lying between the two bloody beaches. (4) mosey to playground, as a team, complete 23 pull-ups and 77 squats for each of the 100 KIA on Point Du Hoc. (5) as a team, complete 82 dips and 101 lunges for the two US Airborne Divisions that assaulted behind enemy lines 6 hours before the beach landings, to seize key terrain and silence enemy positions overwatching the English channel. Mosey back to parking lot for 80 reps of Abs (4 sets 20 ea.). There is more but we’re out of time for now.
