WARMUP:
Various exercises including TTT, SSH, etc
THE THANG:

Involved exercises from 10-15 reps with a slow 1-3 then a fast on the count
Deadlifts, Thrusters, Lion King, Elf on the Shelf, Curls, Overhead press etc.
After the count PAX ran around the parking islands then did the next exercise. That got us sweating!
