THE THANG: 7 sets of burpee jump squats to end of parking space then crawl bear back home, 50 chest press w/coupon mosey to far side of lot for 15 big boys and back, 25 curls for girls mosey to end of upper parking lot for 15 iron crosses and back, 15 skull crushers mosey to end of soccer field for 15 monkey humpers and back, 50 chest press mosey around community center and back for 15 big boys, 10 pull ups, 15 step ups each leg, 15 dips, people’s chair on wall for one minute.

COT: Thanksgiving Challenge: Each day leading up to Thanksgiving pause and observe what the Lord has done for you or in your life that you are thankful for.
