WARMUP: Mosey to playground, SSH x 15, imperial walker x 15, little arm circles front and back, windmills x 15; each exercise was followed by 10 pull ups. Lunge walk to front parking lot. Bernie Sanders down front parking lot to end.
THE THANG: starting at speed limit sign on side walk of Clemson Road below main building, run to entrance of Summit and back, total distance of one mile. 5 Stops along way with 10 big boys, 20 merkins, and 30 squats with add on of 10 burpees at Summit entrance. Mosey back to playground with 10 pull-ups, 15 step ups, and 30 dips. Total big boys: 50, merkins: 100, Squats: 150.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Mt. Mitchel hike and cookout let Fenway know if HC; Murph on Memorial Day.
COT: God is our anchor in both the storm and calm water. The anchor holds! Make sure your anchor chain remains hooked up even in calm water.
