THE THANG: mosey through Rainsboro loop with dealer choice pain stations with shoulders or legs plus core x15 reps at each stop. Nature called for one nameless pax late in the game but we hope and believe he made it home.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Valhalla considering changing to mostly a run/mosey on every Monday to help some pax who will be training for longer runs/marathons.
