Tomorrow’s #Battle workout will take on a slightly different look. You need to be prepared to run. You need to be prepared for obstacles. Basically, you need to be prepared for an hour of the #UrbanMudRun. I’m posting details on the route we will use (covering close to 4 miles) below. You’ll partner up (or run with your Mud Run team if they’re present) and complete the circuit AFAP. The obstacles will be explained/posted at the workout. The route will also be provided but it would be helpful to go ahead and look it over tonight. Wheels up promptly at 7:00 AM.
