WARMUP:

THE THANG:

Grab blocks

Rifle Carry block (coupon) to picnic shed
Rule- 5 burpees each time you place the block on the ground
Complete 5 burpees since block was on the ground
22 step ups with block at picnic table

Farmer carry to playground:
Block down: 5 burpees (on frozen wood chips)
22 pull ups

Rifle Carry Block to grassy area
Block down: 5 burpees
Sled push block approx. 25 yds
Block down: 5 burpees
Sled push block 25 yds

Farmer carry block L/R to exit Trenholm Park to Ivy Hall

Announcement: Pax will move coupon by way of rifle/farmer/fireman carry stopping at each lit Christmas tree on L side of road.

At each stop, place block on the ground and complete five burpees, then execute called exercise for 22 reps.

Stats:

7 Christmas Tree stops and one stop at The Nativity to bring gifts (coupons) to baby Jesus.
Burpees- 8×5= 40
Exercises 22 reps each: curls, overhead press, squats, kettlebell swings, American Hammers, 6 inch hold w/ coupon, low rows, dead lifts

Farmer/Fireman Carry back to COT.
Lesson Learned- when you’re struggling with the weight while carrying the coupon, MOVE FASTER! That can be applied in many facets of life. Thank you Billy Bob for the enlightenment.
