YHC has been DR quite a bit the last couple weeks, so it was good to get back out in the gloom. A 20 22 20 23 workout was drawn up last night in hopes of getting the blood flowing. We kicked things off quickly once everyone got to the shovelflag, then mosied around the back of the school to enjoy some 80s music and exercises.
