THE THANG: Mosey to pick a block. Round the block with your block we go (Daly, Devereaux, Adger, Millwood). 5 stations along the way, each finished with 10 Thrusters: 25 Decline Merkins w/ block upright (balance), 25 Blockees (crowd pleaser), 25 Weighted Squat, 25 Kettlebell Swings, 25 Vertical Chest Press (form important).
Put blocks away!
Square work: Box Jumps, Step Ups, One Leg Squats.
Core work: Flutter kicks, Freddie Mercurys, Peter Parkers, Boat-Canoe.

MARY: Oscar finished us with much needed stretches.
