7 PAX posted in great 48ish degree weather for what ended up being a pretty strong leg day. Can’t say that is what YHC’s initial intentions were, but once we were feeling the flow we just rode the wave. Good work men. One day I will Q and TP will get a star. One day.

Mosey to back parking lot for COP- SSH x 10, TTT x 10, Windmills x 10, Imperial Walkers x 10, Motivators x 1
Mosey to block pile and grab a block and take it to the sidewalk near the playground. Each PAX had to sprint up the sidwalk to the light pole (about 60 yards or so), then turnaround and sprint back. The rest of the PAX were doing squats (with and without the blocks) until each PAX sprinted up and back. A lot of squats were done.
Next we took our blocks to the track, hamburger style. Sprinted across the field, burpee at the end, sprint back, 10 merkins on the block.
Leave the blocks, and now lunge indian run to the steps. Person in front of line ran a lap until he got to back of line. Everyone else was doing lunges on the track. Took a while to get to steps.
Grab a step. Calf raises. 20 straight, 20 toes out, 20 toes in
Head up to the wall. Grab a spot on the wall for wall sits. Sit about 30 seconds, then do a burpee. Sit about 25 seconds, then 2 burpees. Sit about 20 seconds, 3 burpees. Sit about 15 seconds, 4 burpees. Sit about 10 seconds, 5 burpees.
Back to steps. Calf raises 20 straight, 20 toes out, 20 toes in
Mosey back to blocks. 10 merkins, sprint across field, 1 burpee, back to block to plank
Back to sidewalk. One PAX sprinted halfway up sidewalk and turned around while other PAX did squats until all PAX did the sprint.
Take blocks back to pile. Mosey to flag. 2 min of Mary.

DEVO: been challenged recently in a study about Hell… what is it like… how do we get there? Led into a discussion about sin… and the question I posed the PAX… are we celebrating sin in today’s world? Sin is sin… and sin is what keeps us away from God… in Hell… but Jesus Christ dying on the cross and rising from the tomb for you and me allows us as sinners to be redeemed and able to live an eternal life with the Almighty God. So… why are we celebrating sin in the world today… are we repenting of our sin? Are we turning away from sinful ways and desires? Are we trying to justify our sin by comparing it to others?
