Moseyed toward midway Rd then left on the drop off loop and circled up on the loop where there was enough light to read a weinke. Warmed up with ssh, TTT, iw, LBAC forward and reverse, ohc, DB, and wm all either 10 or 15 IC.
Moseyed to the bus loop and circled up near the loading dock. The following exercises were done; squat, lunge, my claim we, mercan, bbsu, fk, ah, he mercan, my climber, bb, bobby Hurley. The first round was done with 10 reps either omc or ic. A recovery lap was taken around the bus loop. Exercises were performed again with 15 reps either omc or ic followed by another recover lap. Last lap was done with pace to a count of 10 reps either omc or ic.
Moseyed back to the shovel flag for Mary, which included bbsu, fk, ah and boat canoe.
Announcements: Booster passed the shovel flag to PA. PA is humbled and honored to serve as AOQ of TP. With big shoes to fill I look forward to the challenge of keeping the Q sheet full and the pax engaged. I could go on for pages about F3 and the pax of TP, Lexington and the Midlands and how they have impacted me, but I’d be preaching to the choir. I look forward to planting the shovel flag in the gloom over the next year for current pax but also our friends and neighbors that have yet to realize how much F3 will impact them. Let’s Accelerate!
