What seemed to be a big mistake, turned out to be a welcome relief from the soreness, although YHC would have preferred another 2 hours of sleep. They say these recovery runs are important and it seems that “they” know what they’re talking about. We even had a Dunphy posting today, so hopefully the lurking, or stalking whatever you prefer, will end now. Great to see Ken Doll, Dominion, Blue Bloods, and Skidmark who all also ran the D2D this weekend. Great work today, men.
