12 pax entered the gloom this morning for some running with bricks. The rain held off, making for a nice morning to explore some of KG’s hills.
- SSH x 20 IC
- LBAC fwd x 12, rev x 12 IC
- Raise the Roof x 10 IC
- Calf Stretch
- 10 burpees OYO
Grab a set of bricks then head out to N. KG Dr. Form two lines for some Native American runs with the bricks. First stop – Cotton Hope Ln:
- Curls for the Girls – x 20 IC
- Tricep extensions – x 20 IC
- Shadow boxer x 20 IC
Form two lines again, continue Native American runs on N. KG Dr. Next stop – Foot Point Rd with Curls, Tris and boxers x 15 IC. Next Bernie Sanders up Foot Point to the first driveway (Turnpike’s house!) turn around and run to the top of Foot Point Hill (Lambchops’s old house). Circle up for some work:
- Squats x 20 OYO
- Big Boy Situps x 20 OYO
- There were a couple other exercises up there that I can’t remember now
Head back on down to Foot Point and KG, retrieve your bricks for another set of Curls, tris and boxers x 10 IC. Form the two lines again and Native American run back. Next stop – Cotton Hope Ln for some more curls, tris, boxers x 10 IC. Native American run back with a quick stop at Castle Hall for curls, tris, boxers x 5 IC. Native American run back to N KG/S KG intersection. We had a little bit of extra time, so we did a trip up Liberal Hill, Bernie Sanders halfway, run to the top. At the top do squats and big boys x15 OYO. Head back down, put the bricks away, circle up for 10 more burpees OYO to finish.
