YHC had a plan to keep the pax dry. The forecast looked nasty but, much to my surprise, the rain held off until the final recover was called. This allowed for some nice jogging which we will get to a little later. The Q was changed 15 minutes before bootcamp started and, if I say so myself, I nailed it.
Music was provided and it was a solid song selection. CCR, Craig Morgan, Eric Church, Bon Jovi, Jon Pardi, Locash, Clint Black, Hank Williams Jr…not bad.
Coon Dog provided the feedback throughout the workout. Without him, I would have thought I had the perfect Q, but thanks to my pal, I know it was far from perfect. YHC will hit up the Q sheet and try again. Thanks, Coon Dog.
