Mosey through the parking lot and over to one end of the breezeway for a little iron pax challenge introduction.
3 Burpees OYO with 3 hand-release merkins per burpee just like IPC. Run to other end of breezeway. Repeat 3 burpees. Run back. Had to give Sunday Driver a little coaching on the burpees.
5 burpees OYO with 1 Bonnie Blair and 1 squat included with each burpee. Run to other end of breezeway. Repeat 5 burpees and then run back.
Plank-o-rama in a circle – everyone in turn states their F3 name and how they got it. They then completed 5 merkins before the next pax did the same. Apparently almost everyone there was named by Wapner, but Wapner was at home in his dry bed today.
Time for some 11’s – start with 1 merkin. Run to the other end of the breezeway – 10 BBSU. Continue through the cycle of 11’s.
Take another quick run to the stop sign and back to the flag for some Mary.
Darpa counted for some American Hammers X 20. Keep practicing that counting there Darpa.
Canseco tried to steal YHC’s trademark flutterkicks, but he was forced to settle for knee cups instead.
Finally….
Flutterkicks X 38 IC for Cheech as YHC always does. Don’t try that again Canseco!

Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
Sometimes this is a very hard verse to understand, especially when people are dealing with cancer and other sicknesses and so many of life’s problems. Fortunately we know who wins the game – we just have to keep playing hard even during difficult circumstances, especially during difficult circumstances.
Make it a better day for someone today!
