Mozey to the back parking lot, Line up across for a pax of comparable size/pace. One side are the 1s, the other is the 2s, remember your number for later.

Mozey to the lower basketball court

Complete the following exercises x10 OYO:
  • Merkins
  • BBSU
  • Squats
  • Dips
  • Pull-ups/Body Rows
  • Rinse and Repeat

Mozey to the Block pile, get block and return to the court for a little Block party

  • Chest Press/Bench Press with a block
  • BBSUs with a Block
  • American Hammers with a block
  • Block Swings
  • Block Deadlifts
  • Napalms
  • Hardin’s Hammies (Crowdpleaser)
  • Curls for Girls
  • Tricep Extensions
  • Block Merkins (incline or Decline)
  • Shoulder Press

Return the blocks and mozey to the track.

Remember you number from the beginning, 1s and 2s for
