This is a no excuse lame effort to get a Backblast published for F3 Detention. I answered the call to Q but failed to get this posted on time. I hope y’all can forgive me. The workout went something like this.
Warmup: Mosey from front parking lot of school to the back of school in nice grass area behind the portable trailers. Warmup to Thunderstuck (AC/DC) eg: jog in place until Thunder is heard and perform burpee every time Thunder is said and return to jog in place.
Let the Bodies Hit the Floor ( Drowning Pool)
This is done to the song Bodies by Drowning Pool (3:21). Start in plank position. When the song says “Let The Bodies Hit The Floor” do a Donkey Kick (26 Total). When the song counts (1, 2, 3, 4) do a Merkin (21 Total). Always plank when not doing Donkey Kicks or Merkins and never let your Bodies Hit The Floor.
Next we very slowly mosied to the stairs on the hill behind the school. BOMBS were deployed on Detention. Partner up, all exercises are performed on a team/ partner combined effort. Burpees x 50 , Overhead Press x 100, Merkins x 150, BBSU x 200, Squats x 250.
