The Few, The Proud, The Saturday Herd

Saturday numbers at Jumanji are normally low and today was no exception.  A few members have been under the weather as of lately with various injuries and ailments and were in hibernation. There was some kind of CSAUP event at a certain SC state park thus I would speculate numbers were low in the Lexington, Lake Murray and Columbia regions.  2 members of #theherd came out on a breezy, clear 50 degree morning.  After disclaimer and opening prayer the work out went something like this:

Circle up for warm up of SSH, TT tunnel, little baby arm circles, windmills, imperial walkers, hillbillys.

Mosey to the brick pile pick your poison for squats and for curls for the girls.  Squat coupons were placed at the middle of the parking lot at the speed hump.  The curls for the girls coupons were placed at the other speed hump on opposite side of parking lot.  Start at the squat coupons and do 5.  Mosey to the end of the parking lot for 5 big boy sit ups. Mosey to the middle of the parking lot to the curls for the girls coupons and do 5.  Mosey to the upper end of the parking lot for 5 merchans.  Mosey to light pole for 20 calf raises and then to the start point.  Continue circuit adding 5 reps for each exercise (5 to 25 and then back down to 5). A total of 125 or each exercise was done with 180 calf raises.  Put coupons away and mosey to the shovel flag for a few rounds of merry.  Recover.  Good work, good effort as always.

No announcements.  Prayer for the PAX currently under the weather and injured.

The 2 PAX went separate ways.  One starting to feel under the weather.   YHC went to a men’s breakfast, coffeeteria, at a local church to hear message from former MLB pitcher Jose Alverez.

AYE!
