The Thang:
There are 3 light poles on the main drag. YHC dropped a glow stick in between the poles so we have a total of 5 stations. We will perform the exercise at each station each time we pass the station. (coming and going) We will only advance one station at a time on the way out and return back to the start before advancing to the next station. So station 1 (exercise) then go to station 2 (exercise) return back to station 1. Station 1 (exercise) then go to Station 2 (exercise) then go to Station 3 (exercise) return back to Station 2 (exercise) and return back to Station 1. Rinse and repeat until you get to station 5 and return back to the start.

Station 1 — 5 Burpees
Station 2 — 25 LBC’s

Devo: Jesus Christ
Romans 1:7 May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.
Some days we need just a bit more grace and a bit more peace than others. Busyness, drama, and life circumstances pull out every last ounce of patience. By the end of the day, it feels like we are just barely hanging on. When you feel your patience wearing thin, step away. Get a moment of distance to recenter yourself around Christ. He will give you the grace and patience you are seeking to give to others.
