Another morning in the gloom. Another day to get a little better. YHC was joined by  3 other brother for a few SL miles this morning.  We ran into the wind the whole time.  When we returned several other pax were in attendance.  As we departed the flag 9’s rolled in to run a few more.  Below is what went down.  Thanks for having me out this morning gents.  Always a pleasure to be with you guys.

Mosey down the lot to another grassy area and circle up for plankarama

Mosey back to courtyard and grab a block otw.

Line up under breezeway for Elevens.
Block Thruster at breezeway, lunge across for squats, reverse lunge back.
Rinse and repeat

A couple block exercises before putting the blocks up
20 curls for the gurls
20 Overhead press

Return blocks and mosey toward flag.
Circle up in plank position. 5 x ring of fire.  Merkin ladder

Moleskin:
-The Super Bowl is on Sunday.  Not Saturday.  or Monday
-Hoist runs really fast under extreme circumstances.
-Slumlord is part man part crab.

Proverbs 6:6-11
If you’ve ever battled ants in your kitchen, you might describe them as stubborn. But to someone struggling to stay on course, these tiny creatures seem determined, or even inspiring. In fact, ants have several characteristics people admire, including preparation, cooperation, perseverance, diligence, and unity.
Ants are but one example of how much we can learn from the world God created—it contains bountiful evidence of His character and values. Knowing this, Jesus directed His followers’ attention to the birds so that they might consider the folly of anxiety (Matt. 6:25-26). Birds do not reap or gather grain but instead assume their food will be supplied as it always has been. This observation of nature demonstrates that the Lord who provides for birds can be trusted to meet His people’s needs as well.
While godly wisdom is rooted in Scripture and sought through prayer, we shouldn’t overlook the lessons unfolding right outside the front door. Ask God for eyes to see His principles in the natural world. Then take every chance to grow in understanding, both inside and outside your house.
As I started reading this I thought it was just about being lazy.  But reading it, another theme popped out.  I worry about stuff I have no control over.  That is a waste of time.  Focus on what you have control over.  Your actions.  Your words. Your commitments.  Leave the other stuff to God.
