Keep track of your number push till failure. No one else’s number matters. I saw some over achievers reaching substantial numbers and when they heard that they would do that number as their next goal they looked like I’d stolen their bike
After each exercise had been completed run Around track.
Repeat exercises with INDIVIDUAL numbers. Your last failure number is your next goal.
On round 2 your next failure is your goal for round 3 and so on.
the train held off but Rangers dry mumble chatter was present and accounted for… 🤦♂️
These men did the hard thing and pushed themselves to their own failure limits! Great work!

Douse the disguise.
As Halloween approaches we are gonna see the influx of costumes and paraphernalia at the stores begging for our dimes and nickels.
In the days of disguises tho we need to Remember to be our truest self.
“The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “I will disguise myself and go into the battle, but you put on your robes.” So the king of Israel disguised himself and went into the battle.”
1 Kings 22:30
The king who was disguised died by a random arrow, the king who was himself was escaped.
The moral is douse the disguise, be who you were meant to be, hiding from a problem, or avoiding reality will not eliminate the problem.
We need to strive to be men of honesty, men on integrity a man of honor when it comes to things we say and do.
Be whatever you want for Halloween, but douse the disguise.
