YHC loves to visit other AO’s and this morning he had the opportunity to lead at Surge. There’s not much funny business going on at this AO! These guys come to work! This morning was no different except for Lt. Dan. I’m pretty sure he never stopped talking. Props to him for being able to chatter with the beat down we went through this morning! Great job to all the 15 PAX that posted and endured this borderline insane workout.

The Thang
YHC’s first F3 workout was a beat down administered by the notorious PYT.
That workout included 31x100yd sprints plus a multitude of Merkins, Squats, Flutter Kicks, and other awful things. It hurt really bad, and from that day on I was hooked!
Today we revisited this the PYT staple WO.
Our goal was 50x100yd Sprints followed by…
10 x Merkins at the far end the 10 x Squats at the near end.

Total Merkins: 250
Total Squats: 250
Simple but effective.
