100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBCs, 40 burpees. Mosey to parking lot. Circle up for Motivators. Starting at 7. Continuously do 7 ssh, 7 ssh arms come up from side, 7 just leg portion ssh, 7 hops, then 6 of each, 5 and so on down to 1. One of the pax couldn’t figure out a pattern. Mosey down and up each aisle of parking lot. Once we reach the flag, circle up for Mary.
